General Subscriber Agreement - For a small retainer, this service allows unlimited reporting on licensed general and subcontractors. Our files go back to 1955. All other items, such as Notices and Liens, are $10.00 less than the Associate subscribers.

Associate Subscriber Agreement - This service provides Notices, Liens without the unlimited reporting on licensed general and subcontractors. All items are $10.00 more than the General subscriber.
