Notice: Within 10 calendar days from first delivery on residences. Within 60 calendar days from first delivery on commercial.

Lien: Within 90 calendar days from the last date on site or delivery.

Suit: Within 8 months from date of Lien.

Public Works

Notice: Within 10 calendar days from first delivery for Bond and Retention.

Claim: No later than 30 days from acceptance of entire project for Bond and Retention.

Suit: Within 8 months from date of Lien.

Lien:	75 days from the last day on the job
Suit:	4 months from date of the Lien

Claim:	120 days from the last day on the job

Suit:	2 years from the last day on the job

UTAH

Private Works

Notice:	Filed with Utah State Construction Registry within 20 days of the first day on the job. We also recommend a standard Notice also be sent to the owner and the General Contract witin 20 days of the first day on job
Lien:	Within 90 days from the last day on the job
Suit:	180 days from date of Lien, or for a residence, within 180 days of the last day on the job

Public Works

Claim:	90 days from the last day on the job
